The weeds are growing in the gutters now that the number of Winchester street cleans has reduced (if at all?) and Hampshire does purely reactive maintenance on drainage gully.
This isn’t good enough: weeds are killed where the chemicals reach, but after a few days of warm wet weather, the weeds grow again with a vengeance!
Hampshire is losing the battle and grass and weeds are growing freely in the gutters.
Maybe that clearance once a year isn’t enough?
