The construction period can be difficult but families are now living in these properties.
This is a very good reason to include affordable homes in Parish Plans including social housing for rent.
The diminishing number of tied properties has exacerbated this dire situation for local families-and needs addressing.
I will be asking for WCC to look again at this aspect of the Local Plan.
