This is a public consultation which covers the UK.. They particularly seek views
from the mobile industry (network operators, retailers, Mobile VirtualNetwork Operators, wireless infrastructure providers), rural groups, consumers and those living in partial not-spots.
The consultation period will run for 3 weeks from 5 November to 26 November 2014
Please respond before the closing date. Please send responses to partialnotspots@culture.gsi.gov.uk
