Employers are encouraged to talk informally with staff , and all of us with people we know on Time to Talk Day on the 7th February.
It’s a chance to talk about things that re worrying you, your mental as well as physical health and check that the wellbeing of staff and friends is ok-and to help if it’s not.
Can you join in? Organise a work time chat or just ask a friend how they are feeling?
The work environment is challenging enough already with the Brexit question- we need to check on the wellbeing of friends, relations and colleagues who may be struggling with mental health issues too.Leave a comment
