So, another structural change for education is proposed- but with a tiny budget!
Personally, if I had £50 million to spend I would add £2m special units for children with autism to 25 schools across the country.Preferably many more!

Autism affects at least 1 in 100 children, so in a school of 1000, ten children would benefit. And what a change it could make to those families.
